Women’s Equality Day

On this very day 93 years ago, the 19th Amendment of the U.S Constitution was ratified granting women the right to vote. Today we celebrate the strides that have been made in equality for women and we remember those who dedicated their lives to ensure future generations of women could vote.

Less than a century ago, women were deprived of their civil rights. Since then, we as a nation have accomplished so much. Yet our work is not done. We will continue to work and fight until there is equality for all. Image
